Franklin Barbecue is an excellent example of why Austin is the one of the best places to live in the nation.  Aaron and his wife, Stacy followed their passions and opened up a food trailer featuring amazing Texas styled BBQ.  Austinites flocked, and the paparazzi started, and within 2 years, a small, quaint brick and mortar was opened on the East side.  The BBQ has sold out continuously since they’ve opened, and their lines are long daily, but it is the best party while waiting in line.  Bring your own beverage of choice and enjoy the company of fellow foodies.

TIP:  PreOrder is available on March 3rd for April. Open for lunch Tues-Sun from 11am until BBQ sells out.  BBQ sauce available for sell, find below. Go early and enjoy!

No website or no fancy sign needed, it remains as one of Austin’s favorites.
