Delicious tapas, amazing service and a cozy atmosphere is what awaits at Bullfight, Shawn Cirkiel’s genius project borne from a passion for Spain. Whether it’s an appetite for a pitcher of Sangria and snacks, or red Spanish wine, sweatbreads and Beef, this restaurant uses the freshest ingredients, promising a dance on the tongue. It’s also about the ambiance for the full experience, which starts from the valet to the dessert. Enjoy!
Antonelli’s Cheese could probably stand on its own as a Romantic Date. A long line of perusing some of the most delicious cheeses which melt in the mouth…and the heart. They have a cool boutique where someone can be lost for hours, learning, devouring and buying local Texas, domestic and international cheeses, crackers, cheese trays and everything needed to enjoy this delicacy. For a date night, this is a perfect prelude before a meal, and a great place to buy something for the “post” party.
TIP: Open Mon-Sat 11am-7pm and Sun 12-5pm.
Coffee, Gelato, Wine, & Beer…all in a cozy coffee shop? Perfection. Hyde Park is known for its cool vibe, an Dolce Vita is in the center. Whether it’s a cold day in Austin, where a cup of coffee with a friend is in mind, or it’s a blistery hot day for ice cream…Dolce Vita is a great place to stop. They also sell a few local, fresh items on their menu for snacks or light meal…so they really do offer it all from morning till late night.
