Founded by native Austinite, Chef Charles Mayes, and named after his daughter, Josephine, Cafe Josie is a Classic restaurant which brought farm to table cuisine to Austin before it was trendy. Using local ingredients to provide lunch and dinner entrees including Homemade Soup, Lamb Burger, and Red Snapper Udon, their food will make your tastebuds dance. They host a Wine Me Dine Me dinner every month featuring artisan wine makers.
