Gueros has been an iconic restaurant in Austin for years.  Owned by Cathy Lipincott, one of the nicest local Austinites, who is a legend for her restaurant and hospitality. Right next door sits an outdoor stage playing free live music or radio broadcast.  Grabbing a beer, margarita or cocktail in a relaxed casual atmosphere is an excellent way to start off your experience in one of the hippest areas of town.

HOPDODDY BURGER BAR:

Since the day Hopdoddy Burger Bar has opened, there has been a line to wait for one of the best burgers in town. Hopdoddy features remarkable support of local farms and companies which provide for their amazing burgers, fries and drinks. Try one of the local beers on tap, along with the Primetime Burger with Brie, Truffle Aioli, Arugula and Carmelized Onions.  

AMY’S ICE CREAMS:

Amy’s Ice Creams, is right across the street on South Congress, has been a local favorite of Austinites year after year since 1995. After tasting one bite, you will quickly realize why their award stays strong in the heart of many. Amy’s serve handcrafted artisan ice cream, dairy free fruit ices & frozen yogurt.  Try the famous Mexican Vanilla with strawberries…you will want to come back again tomorrow.
