Day Maker Half Day Cafe is a genius restaurant behind the team of Jack Allen’s Kitchen and Salt Trader’s, with the same amazing service and food….with the concept of brunch all day!  This is music to my ears!  They have a coffee and pastry shop up front for pick up, and cozy booths and long tables for a date a group of your besties.  With items like quiche, biscuits & gravy and churro pancakes…who doesn’t love brunch served in a bright, cheery restaurant with a disco ball?!!  It’s conveniently located right near Zilker Park off Mopac, so it’s a perfect meeting spot for Westlake, Downtown, Tarrytown and South Austinites.  You will love it…enjoy!

Butler Park Pitch & Putt is a prime example of what makes Austin one of the best cities in the nation.  Dogs, kids, young, and old have come here since 1950 with their coolers full of drinks and snacks to play a great short game of golf. Under shaded trees sits this 9 hole golf course, and $8 buys a round. Don’t have clubs? No problem. There are club rentals and golf balls available for purchase at the clubhouse.
