LA TRAVIATA:

La Traviata is a small, intimate Italian restaurant in the hub of downtown Austin, and a great place for a romantic lunch or dinner.  The staff is attentive and Chef Gillcrest provides delicious entrees providing the ultimate food experience.  Try the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio or the Spaghetti alla Carbonara with pancetta, onion, cream, & lemon topped with a farm fresh egg yolk.  Pure delight.

TIP:  Open for Dinner on Wed-Sat  for Dine In & Take Out. Metered street parking or parking lot next to restaurant.

THE CONTEMPORARY AUSTIN-JONES CENTER:

The Contemporary Austin-Jones Center has been a continued classy establishment for art and displays for over 100 years.  There are amazing displays and exhibits coming through here for hours of enjoyment before or a meal at La Traviata. Definitely check out the rooftop view overlooking downtown.
