AUSTIN EASTCIDERS

AUSTIN EASTCIDERS:

Austin Eastciders has been a local cider we have enjoyed since Day 1 of their launch on the East side. Now, they serve their delicious variety of ciders along with pizza on an amazing patio off Barton Springs.  We call it Heaven. Their location is right off the Lady Bird Trail with a pet friendly patio, so it is a perfect place to sit down after a long walk around the lake with your pup…enjoy!

TIP:  Open for Lunch and Dinner daily for Dine In, Take Out & Delivery. They also have a Tap Room for their cider tastings.

Butler Park Pitch & Putt is a prime example of what makes Austin one of the best cities in the nation.  Dogs, kids, young, and old have come here since 1950 with their coolers full of drinks and snacks to play a great short game of golf.  Under shaded trees sits this 9 hole golf course, and $8 buys a round.  Don’t have clubs?  No problem.  There are club rentals and golf balls available for purchase at the clubhouse.  No doubt, this is a fun way to spend a day.

TIP:  Check website for the latest on hours and how to purchase tickets.

These immaculately kept gardens feature a variety of native and non-native plants. Stroll through the gardens either on a date or with your family. This peaceful setting is kid friendly and there is even a garden with several dinosaur statues. Young children will be delighted by the Woodland Faerie Trail which has faerie homes designed by local artists.
