MARKER 10:

Marker 10 is located inside the Hyatt Regency hotel on Barton Springs. The upscale sushi bar serves high-end quality sushi. At Marker 10 you can satisfy your sushi craving while sitting on the lakeside patio with views of downtown.

Tip: They showcase live music on Fridays from 5pm-7pm. (Sushi) Hours: Daily 5 pm – 11 pm Happy Hour: Sun-Thu 4 pm – 7 pm.

CONGRESS AVENUE BRIDGE:

Seeing live bats may not sound exciting, but Marker 10 is beside the Congress Avenue Bridge , one of the best places to watch the bats at night.  The bats start returning back to the bridge after the winter in March through October, and it is quite a site to see millions of bats escape and twirl around into the sunset.

TIP:  The bats leave at sunset from the southern tip of the Congress bridge.  Watching from the bridge, on a kayak/boat, or sitting on the law below is great.
